Marina Prior and Matt Golinski in the Red Kitchen prepared "an amazing feast" of buttered carrots, teriyaki chicken, ricotta-stuffed chicken and sour cherry fritters, while Philip and Massimo Mele in the Green Kitchen created "something straight-laced Mr Banks might never have tasted": jicama chips with sour cream and chili, egg-battered pork schnitzel with watercress salad and caramelized eshallots, grilled pork with jicama salsa, and finally stewed rhubarb with zabaglione.

More details about the Quast/Prior episode, including recipes, can be found on this Ready, Steady, Cook page, where Australian residents can also watch again the full episode online.
