JULIAN FELLOWES JETTING IN FOR PREMIERE OF HIS STAGE SHOW, MARY POPPINS

Something magical is about to begin in Melbourne . . . and Julian Fellowes can take a good bit of the credit.
This hugely successful actor and writer - best known to Australians as Kilwillie in ABC-TV's Monarch of the Glen - penned the script for Mary Poppins the musical and will be attending the Australian premiere on July 29.

Mary Poppins flies into Cherry Tree Lane to fix a broken household. But she remains an enigma, doesn't she?
To the parents, yes. George and Winifred Banks don't understand why the children (Michael and Jane) love this rather strict nanny but of course we know. Because she's taking them into fairyland all the time.
