Golden Globe winner Brenda Blethyn can't get enough of Australian film.
The British actor will be seen next year in Clubland, a drama set in the Sydney south-western suburb of Bankstown.
In Sydney for cast screenings of the film, Blethyn, who also appeared in the 1998 Australian film In The Winter Dark, is on her fourth visit to Australia.
"Apart from the wonderful weather and glorious people I find the attitude to it all (film-making) is real here," the 60-year-old said.
"I just love the honesty of it (the industry) here. There is no gloss. I try to be that (be honest) with my work. People say is it comedy or drama? But I say be truthful with it and the audience makes up whether it's comedy or drama."
